Package Cost Of A Stay In A Single Room: $ 4,439.00
REGISTRATION:
To enroll, complete the Reservation Form and send it to RASA TRAVEL at the address on the form along with your deposit. Registration is on first-come, first-served basis.
PAYMENT DATES AND DEADLINES:
Initial $500 deposit due at time of booking.
Balance of Payment due: July 15th. Please send your check to RASA TRAVEL.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS: All cancellations must be in writing via letter, fax, or e-mail. It is the date the cancellation is received by RASA TRAVEL that’s pertinent. Cancellations 91 days or more before the start of a tour date forfeit $200. Those received 90-46 days before the first day of tour forfeit $500. Those received 45-0 days before departure lose total trip cost. See paragraph on entitled “Travel Insurance”, which protects your payments should you have to cancel for most reasons.
THE PRICE OF THE PACKAGE TOUR TO PARIS INCLUDES:
- Guided tour and lectures escorted by Susan Griffin.
- 8 days and 7 nights stay at Hotel Therese in Paris.
- Meet and Greet evening reception with wine and snacks.
- Sightseeing with museum entrance fees.
- 7 continental breakfasts at Hotel Therese, 1 dinner, 4 lunches.
- Book by Susan Griffin “The Book of the Courtesans, A Catalogue of Their Virtues”.
- Map of Paris, Metro tickets and French phrase book.
- Services of a bi-lingual tour guide and/or RASA TRAVEL tour escort throughout.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Airfare (refer to TIPS ABOUT VISITING FRANCE if you need more information).
- Transfers to and from the airport in France.
- Any OPTIONAL activities and sightseeing marked in the itinerary as such.
- Personal expenses (laundry, alcohol, telephone, souvenirs, shopping).
- Expenses due to flight delays, strikes, bad weather, or other irregularities.
- Excess baggage charges/tips to bellmen.
- Tips to maids at the Hotel Therese.
- Individual services apart from a group.
- Increases in tariffs or dollar exchange rate.
- Any meals and drinks at restaurants of your choice in Paris marked OPTIONAL in our itinerary and not included in pre-planned menus.
- Refunds for any accommodations and/or services of our tour package not utilized.
- Customary end-of-trip gratuity to tour manager.
